The Lamba Lambhari Trek

An easy trek for people of all ages through beautiful mountain scenery; an ideal introduction to trekking through the Himalayas. A ideal place for young upcoming trekkers and nature lover to have their camping and trekking experience.
The pleasant walk leads through thick pine and Deodar (cedar) forest to villages with panoramic views of the surrounding snow ranges. Walking along the ridge we will pass various Hindu temples, an ancient fort of a local king, and the holy Seraul Lake (3350m) round-trip covering a variety of landscapes.
Starting from Jibhi 12 km by cabs till Jalori pass to Seraul Lake. For three days, the trek then continues along the ridge at an altitude between 3200 and 3600m. We walk through open meadows and stands of Himalayan oak. Along the way, we pass ancient shrines of Hindu deities, and there are magnificent views of the surrounding hills and snow capped peaks of the Great Himalayas. The trip also includes an excursion to a crystal mine where you can collect your personal mountain crystal. Plenty of time is allowed for bird watching and an introduction to the local flora ( our local experts will be accompanying you to introduce the himalayan herbs)  . On the last day we descend through thick forest again until reaching Back to Jibhi.

Day 1: Delhi -Jibhi

12 hours journey by volvo buses from Delhi till Aut total distance from Delhi is 530 km. Pick up from Aut By cab arrival at jibhi, visit to water fall and relaxed evening stay at Jibhi camp.

Day 2:

Acclimatization walk to Bahu and Balo temple and back to Jibhi, stay at Jibhi Camp or in room.

Day 3:

After Breakfast drive to Bahu (10km. Jeep Safari) and then a easy Trek from Bahu to Balu (2.5km.). Back to camp for lunch, after lunch River Crossing, Burma Bridge and other Camp Activities.

Day 4: Serolsar Lake – crystal caves

A gradual ascend to reach Notchi top and then descending down to base of Cheara top 6 hours trek

Day 5: Crystal caves – Lamba Lambhari

A pleasant walk on the open meadow 7 hours walk

Day 6:

Rest day , plenty of chances to spot wildlife and birds, and explore the flora

Day 7: Lamba Lambhari to Sarthi thach

A  difficult day compared to other trekking days  , today’s walk will be through dense oak trees and gradual descending, to reach sarthi thach an open meadow surrounded with deodar trees.

Day 8:-Sarthi Thach- Jibhi Camp

Camp fire and local music.

Day 9 :- Jibhi- Delhi
